Service Description

There's no agenda, no need to have anything figured out, and no pressure to become someone different. We simply meet where you are and allow the conversation to unfold. This is a space to talk openly, explore what’s on your mind, or simply be heard without needing to have all the answers. You don’t need to arrive with a specific goal or know exactly what you want to talk about. We begin wherever you are. Feel like you need more time? You can choose a 60-minutes, 90-minutes or 2-hours session when booking. There’s no need to fit everything into an hour. Take the time you need and allow the conversation to unfold naturally, at your own pace.
